Plant-powered by chia seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, single origin cacao beans, goji berries, oranges and ashwagandha.

Ingredients: ground dates, cacao butter, sunflower seeds (11%), cacao mass (10.6%), sesame seeds (8%), gluten free oats, chia seeds (5%), powdered coconut pulp, goji berries (3%), dried orange (3%), ashwagandha powder (1%), Himalayan salt, sunflower lecithin. Moonchy M!lk Orange Goji has been created to assist your body in restoring and maintaining its natural rhythm during the second half of the cycle (days 15 - 28). It contains ashwagandha powder, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and chia seeds needed daily to practice seed cycling.
Seed cycling involves consuming specific seeds during each phase to provide the body with certain nutrients that support hormonal balance.

Sesame seeds and sunflower seeds are real nutritional powerhouse foods, full of macro and micronutrients known for their health and beauty benefits. Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb - it helps lower cortisol levels and therefore helps reduce stress as well as anxiety, improves sleep quality, and general well-being.


No artificial sweeteners, sweetened only with dates.
Only 9 grams of naturally occurring sugar per one bar, which is less than in one small apple.


The packaging of the bars as well as all the materials we use for shipping are completely plastic-free.
Our packaging consists of 2 layers: FSC certified cardboard box and NatureFlex™ home-compostable foil.
You can bury the foil in the ground and it will naturally decompose in the soil.

+ Sesame seeds

Sesame seeds may be small but they are a real nutritional powerhouse for women!
They are packed with a variety of nutrients, ranging from lignans, vitamin B1, calcium, magnesium, zinc and selenium, to other beneficial compounds that help regulate menstrual cycle, minimise PMS and period cramping, boost mood, improve skin and hair health, reduce menopausal symptoms as well as come with many more benefits. + Sunflower seeds

Sunflower seeds are loaded with essential vitamins and minerals.
They are the best whole food source of vitamin E, an antioxidant essential for women’s fertility, immune system and skin health.
They are also packed with healthy fats, vitamins and minerals, including vitamin B1, B6, magnesium, zinc and selenium which help reduce PMS symptoms, menstrual migraines, period and breast pains, support thyroid health, make the skin glow as well as come with numerous other benefits. + Chia seeds

Chia seeds contain several essential vitamins and minerals that support overall health, including hormone health. These include iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin E. These nutrients play a role in hormone synthesis, metabolism, and the proper functioning of the endocrine system.
Chia seeds are also an excellent plant-based source of omega-3 fatty acids, which play a crucial role in hormone production and regulation. They are involved in the synthesis of hormones and help maintain the balance between pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory substances in the body, which can support overall hormonal balance.
Moreover, chia seeds have a unique property of forming a gel-like substance when soaked in liquid, which can help slow down the absorption of carbohydrates and stabilise blood sugar levels. We use organic single origin cacao beans from smallholder cooperatives in Uganda. It contains high concentrations of all the beneficial substances of the cacao bean, such as polyphenol and flavanoid antioxidants, tryptophan, anandamide, phenethylamine or theobromine.
The unique mix of all these compounds makes cacao a real superfood. Research suggests that frequent cacao consumption prevents premature aging, improves skin and blood sugar control, reduces stress and PMS, boosts mood and libido, supports weight control as well as enhances mental performance. Cacao butter is a natural fat extracted from cacao beans. It gives our bars the creamy, smooth and melt-in-the-mouth consistency.
Cacao butter is full of healthy fatty acids, such as oleic acid, palmitic acid and stearic acid. We, women, need a dietary fat to maintain a healthy hormone balance. Cacao butter is also incredible for a vibrant and healthy-looking skin. The polyphenol antioxidants, phytochemicals and vitamin E contained in cocoa butter have been proven to improve blood flow to the skin, slow skin aging, soothe sensitive skin and to protect it from free-radical damage.

+ Dates

We sweeten our bars with date powder - dried dates that have been ground into a granulated form. It gives our bars a caramel flavour with a hint of a fruity aroma. It is natural and unprocessed since it doesn't undergo refining and bleaching processes as refined sugar. As a result, it retains its natural nutrients (such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, vitamin B6) and fibre content.
Dates are rich in dietary fibre, which is essential for digestive health and can help regulate blood sugar levels.
Moreover, dates have a significantly lower glycemic index compared to refined sugar, meaning they cause a slower and steadier rise in blood sugar levels. This makes them a better option for individuals who need to manage their blood sugar levels, such as people with diabetes.

+ Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha, an adaptogenic herb, is best known for its ability to reduce stress. It naturally supports the second half of the menstrual cycle (days 15 - 28), when cortisol (stress hormone) levels are elevated.
